Q: What is MY HARVEST AMERICA all about?
A: MY HARVEST AMERICA is a Direct Sales Company that chooses to pay customers like
you, money that would traditionally be spent on advertising. That money comes directly to
you in the form of commissions. Instead of spending tens of millions of dollars advertising our
proprietary products on radio, television and on the Internet, we pay significant money to people
just like you, for bringing us new customers. Those who earn money from MY HARVEST
AMERICA are called representatives.
Q: How many products does MY HARVEST AMERICA offer?
A: MY HARVEST AMERICA is a company that offers savings on thousands of benefits and services and
other related products.
Q: How often are we paid commissions?
A: You are paid Monthly (the 15th of each month) on the Matrix and Matching Bonuses). You are paid
twice a month on the Fast Start Bonuses. IE: Commissions are paid the 5th of the month on business
earned the 1st thru the 15th of the month and commissions are paid the 20th of the month on
business earned the 16th thru the end of the month. The pay period ends on the last day of each
month.
Q: What is the minimum check amount to be paid?
A: Commission Check Earnings: Your commission check earnings must reach a minimum of $18.00
before it is processed to be paid.
Q: What are Loyalty Cards?
A: Loyalty Cards have a savings of 25% on purchases such as gas and groceries or anywhere that
accepts debit cards.
Select ONLY 1 Loyalty Card Per Month Per Subscription.
You must be ACTIVE to order this card. If more than one card is purchased, the second transaction will
be voided. It may take up to 14 days to refund the second purchase. Loyalty Card: Purchase any of our
Loyalty Cards and you are guaranteed to save 25% off the face value of each card. You can only
purchase 1 of any card one time per month.
Q: How old does a person have to be before becoming a representative of MY HARVEST
AMERICA?
A: You must be 18 years of age to become a representative with MY HARVEST AMERICA.
Q: Is MY HARVEST AMERICA open in other countries at this time?
A: No, we are only doing business in the United States at this time.
Q: Is there a requirement to earn commissions with MY HARVEST AMERICA?
A: Yes, to earn commissions, you must purchase a Product Package and be on Autoship for our basic
subscription.

Q: How do I contact customer support?
A: The most efficient way to communicate with customer support is via email

Q: How does MY HARVEST AMERICA promote its products?
A: We promote our products through our Preferred Customers and Independent Representatives
referred to as Shoppers of MY HARVEST AMERICA.
Q: What forms of payment does MY HARVEST AMERICA accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: There is a three day Refund Policy on all Subscription Packages. There is a
thirty day Refund Policy on all Nutritional and related products. Please read the policy and
procedures located on the sign up page or see the refund link at the bottom of the home page.
Q: Is it legal for the company to pay commissions on a monthly subscription?
A: This is not a membership company. This is a “subscription on savings of a benefits and savings
package.” It’s a service like many other and perfectly commissionable. Commissions are also paid on
Nutritional and related products.
Q: Will I receive any spill from my upline recruiting?
A: You may, if you happen to be on the front line of a good recruiter. However, DO NOT WAIT
AROUND FOR SPILL! It is important that everyone pulls their own weight and brings in at least 3
subscriptions ASAP to help propel the growth of their team.
Q: Can I have more than one position in the matrix?
A: No. You can only have one personal position per SS# or Tax ID#.
Q: Where do I find the compensation plan details?
A: Just click on the Loyalty Program link on your website and you will see the compensation link.
Q: Do we have roll up and compression?
A: Yes. If someone in your matrix is inactive, the software will recognize this and it will automatically
compress any lower-level orders up to you.

Q: Can I change my URL Tag?
A: Yes, just login to your back office and click on Edit Profile and then go down next to where it says
URL Extension and type in your preferred URL. Save the changes.
Q: Can Canadians do this business?
A: Only shoppers that have a valid US address and Tax ID can join My Harvest America.
Q: How do I manually place someone in the matrix?
A: If you send someone to your website link and they join you, they will automatically fall in the next
available position in your matrix. However, if you want to “manually place” someone into an exact
position in your matrix, just log into your back office, then go to your Graphical Genealogy and click
on the exact spot you want the new person placed. This will pull up an application. You would then take
that persons sign up information over the phone and fill out the application for them.
Q: I'm concerned about online security. Is the MY HARVEST AMERICA site protected?
A: Yes, SSL 3.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA with 1024 bit exchange. Look for the
Yellow Lock at the bottom of your browser window.
Q: When referring people to my website, what is the correct address to use?
A: You will have a unique web site URL which you requested during the enrollment process and
which can be located in the Profile section of your BackOffice. The web site URL looks
something like MY HARVEST AMERICA.com/your username.
Q: How do I login to my Back Office?
A: Go to your MY HARVEST AMERICA website, you will see the Distributor Login link on
the homepage. Click on the link and then enter your ID Number assigned to you and the
password you selected at time of enrollment.
Q: Are there any monthly fees for my Website and Back Office?
A: There are no monthly fees for your website and back office. Your Replicated Website and
Back Office are part of your yearly administration fee.
Q: Can we have more than one Business Center?
A: Every Business Center has to have their own Social Security Number or Fed ID Number.
Q: Does the company send out a 1099 income statement for your taxes at the end of the year?
A: If your commission earnings are $600 or higher a year, a 1099 will be mailed to you for tax
purposes.
