Fred Weih – Co-founder and CEO

With over 30 years of experience in direct selling, there is no other individual that has been involved in modern savings program longer than Fred Weih. Numerous newspaper articles, studies and industry reports have been written about his home shopping concepts and working prototypes. Because of this experience, knowledge and maturity in the industry, Fred now can take his concept to the next level. Mr. Weih supports the vision of the company, from day-to-day operations, strategy, and sales force growth. It’s important to note that one of Mr. Weih’s concepts still stands as one of the top five fastest growing companies in direct selling history.

Mr. Weih makes his home in Arizona. He enjoys spending time with wife Melonie and seeing his grandchildren explore life as toddlers. He also enjoys discovering old ghost towns, fishing (yes, you can fish in the desert) and living life to fullest each day.

Mr. Weih served his country with the West Point Band, at the United States Military Academy.

 

Ron Ellis – Co-founder and President

Ron works to create successful, practical strategies for My Harvest America and is deeply involved in the day-to-day implementation. He combines his extensive experience of building winning organizations with equal experience of running them.

Ron has an award-winning attitude based on understanding and implementing what inspires people to be the best that they can be. These successes are developed with vision, planning, common sense, and teamwork, grounded in a practical understanding of what makes businesses work.

With over 15 years of Network Marketing experience, he has built large organizations of over 50,000, consulted with several MLM companies, and been the CEO of his own MLM Company.

His 10 years of military service have provided him with the skills to take on any challenge. While serving time in the military, Ron earned a Degree in Business from the University of Maryland and was awarded the Outstanding Young Men of America Award in 1981.

Joe R. Glenn, Attorney At Law

Mr. Glenn is a graduate of the College of Law, University of Arizona, where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree. Mr. Glenn has been a licensed attorney in the State of Arizona since 1961. Early in his career he was a Deputy County Attorney for Maricopa County, Arizona. This involved prosecuting felony jury trials of all types, including the more serious murder cases. Thereafter, he was an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Phoenix, Arizona. After leaving employment with the City of Phoenix, he became the City Prosecutor for Tempe, Arizona. Since leaving government service, Mr. Glenn has been involved with corporate law and corporate finance. He maintains a limited legal practice in the area of corporate finance. For more than 20 years Mr. Glenn has been involved in assisting private companies to go public, which includes having their stock trade in a public market. A number of these companies have been involved with network marketing.

Mr. Glenn has been a principal in a number of Network Marketing companies. He and two associates were the original founders and shareholders of Nutrition For Life, Inc. They were responsible for taking the company public. This was over 20 years ago, and the company is still going strong, after having had a number of mergers.

Mr. Glenn and three associates were the original founders and shareholders of National Telephone Communications, Inc. (NTC) This was also a network marketing company. The company went public and traded as high $8.00 per share. After several years of operations, the company was acquired by and merged into Incomnet, Inc., a NASDAC traded company.

Mr. Glenn was one of the founders and original shareholders of PriceNet.com, Inc., a network marketing company. The company went public and it’s stock traded as high as $16.00 per share. This company fell upon hard times during the crash of the dot com companies back in the year 2000, and it’s assets and business were merged into another company.

Mr. Glenn has been associated with several other network marketing companies, having done the legal work to help them raise money and later to take them public. He still maintains stock position in some of these companies. None of these companies would have a conflict with My Harvest America, Inc.
