In the event that you send spam email to users without their permission, you will immediately be cancelled as a member of MY HARVEST AMERICA, NO EXCEPTIONS. You understand that MY HARVEST AMERICA neither condones nor tolerates the sending of unsolicited or spam by its members.

MY HARVEST AMERICA reserves the right to take legal action against any member found violating this Spam Policy and a stiff fine will be imposed and you will immediately be terminated.

You also will not be eligible for any refunds of any kind.
